Henry Schein revealed that they completed an 80% equal investment in Polish whole-service dental dispenser Marrodent.
According to Henry Schein, the Poland-based Marrodent, Warsaw, was established in the late 1990, and confirmed around $32 Million of sales in 2015. The organization provides work for 60 sales persons, and gives out around 10,000 office-based dental practitioners in the area.
“Our take-over arrives at a time of increasing demand for dental services in Poland, and with the achievement of our planned investment in Marrodent, we see a great chance to assist dental practitioners, give high-quality concern as part of working successful and efficient practices. At Henry Schein, we welcome our fresh Marrodent mates and we hope to bring new services, products, and solutions to Poland’s dental community,” CEO of Stanley Bergman, Henry Schein, commented in a conference.
Bringing the total number of countries served up to the count of 27, the investment will be the key stone for Henry Schein’s primary admission into Poland’s dental market. The company witnessed a $5.3 Billion of dental sales in 2015.
“We are very satisfied to make our bond with Henry Schein, an organization that splits our pledge to give our customers the tools they require to provide quality care to their patients along with best service,” commented Roman Stekla, co-founder of Marrodent.
Well, in short, this agreement will be a new chapter that will give the world an example of high-quality services, reliability, and trust along with the benefits of new products that will be launched in the near future.
