Along with new Android M, Google launches Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P

At last, the most awaited next models of the Nexus series was launched by Google viz., Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P. The device will comes with latest Android Marshmallow operating system. nexus-5x-nexus-6p

Google Nexus 6P powered with 5.7 inches of screen along with Type-C USB port, which is not a common feature in all other smartphones. Google announced that, these devices will be available in three different color variants – frost white (default color), aluminum and also in graphite color. In addition to this, the device comes with 12.3 megapixels of camera, along with 8 mega-pixel front facing camera, which is quite an impressive one. Users can take wider and clear selfies with the help of 8 Megapixel camera present in the device. In terms of processor, Nexus 6P comes with 2.0GHz Octa-core Qualcomm processor and on-board storage of 3GB RAM.

While comparing to Nexus 6P, Nexus 5X is quite smaller in size. The device comes with 5.2 inches of screen and 6 cores of 64-bit Qualcomm processor with a clock speed of 1.8 GHz. Even though the device screen size measures 5.2 inches, the device supports resolution of 1920x1080p. Rear camera is similar to Nexus 6P and comes with front facer of only 5 Megapixel, which is lesser than Nexus 6P. Similar to Nexus 6P, the device also comes in three different colors – carbon black, quartz white and ice blue.

Both the device comes in totally different colors, which clearly distinguish them very well. After the launch of Android M’s native fingerprint API support, Google has incorporated fingerprint reader in the device successfully.

The saddest part is that, both the device doesn’t come with either MicroSD card slot or OIS for the camera. Nexus 6P comes in three different variants on the basis of internal memory and with a price tag of $499, $549 and $649 for 32GB, 64GB and 128 GB models, respectively. In the meanwhile, Nexus 5X comes with a price tag of $379 and $429 for 16GB model and 32Gb model respectively.
