Samsung has launched its Galaxy Note5 handset in India. The smartphone will be available in 20 September with black sapphire, gold platinum and silver titanium colors. It will be available in two different prices, 32GB will be available in Rs 53,900 and 64GB will be available in Rs 59,900.
Galaxy Note 5 provides a 5.7-inch QHD (1440x2560p) Super AMOLED screen with a pixel density of 515ppi. The phone is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Exynos 7420 chipset with four Cortex-A57 cores clocked at 2.1GHz and four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.5GHz, joined with 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM.
Samsung Galaxy Note5 sports a 16MP rear camera with Optical Image Stabilization and a 5MP front-facing camera. The device packs a 3,000mAh battery that supports fast-charging on wireless as well as wired chargers. Galaxy Note 5 charge fully in roughly 90 minutes with the regular wired charger, or 120 minutes wirelessly.
The company has likely to launched 32GB and 64GB models in India; the handset does not support microSD cards. It comes with Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS/ A-GPS, and Micro-USB 2.0 and connects to 4G. For now, the Note 5 will only come in the single-SIM in India.
