Android O accidentally leaked by Motorola

Motorola launched its budget smartphones – Moto G4 Plus and Moto G4 last week. Soon after this big launch, Motorola website was flooded with millions of users. The company accidentally leaked additional information on its website about these smartphones.

As spotted by Anzhuo website, Motorola not only revealed that both these devices with be running on upcoming Android N, but the users can even update it to Android O in later phase.

Google already provided some details about Android N at its I/O developer conference last week. Although, the big giant is far away from confirming any information about Android O, but Motorola has decreed that Android O OS exists and the developers might be working on it.

Both Motorola and Google might not reveal any information about next Android version until the next year, provided Google is still soliciting people to vote for their favorite Android operating system names starting from the alphabet ‘N’. However, the mistake by Motorola clearly depicts that the Moto G4 and Nexus users will be the first to experience Android O whenever the roll out would be planned by Google.

Moto G4 & G4 Plus both devices were launched last week and are running on Marshmallow OS having approximately similar specifications with few minor changes. Moto G4 Plus is coming in two different variants. Though, the company didn’t reveal the release date, but they said that the devices will be released by the month of June.
